These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the VyraWealth platform, including account creation, deposits, Growth Plans, withdrawals, referral income and all related services. By creating an account you accept these terms in full.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Identity (KYC) verification is required before withdrawals are enabled. One account per person; duplicate or fraudulent identities are suspended.
Growth Plans set a fixed daily compounding rate and, for fixed-term plans, a lock period during which the plan capital is held until maturity. Once a plan is activated by a confirmed deposit, it can only be upgraded to a longer plan, never downgraded. Daily figures shown on the platform are projections based on your plan rate and are not guaranteed.
Deposits are made in USDT over supported networks and are credited after on-chain confirmation and review by the finance team. Withdrawals of flexible balances are processed per the queue; locked plan capital is only withdrawable at maturity. Network fees may apply and incorrect network selection can result in loss of funds.
Referral commissions (direct, team and reward income) are paid on confirmed deposits only, at the rates published in your dashboard. Manipulating the referral network with self-referrals or fake accounts voids all commissions.
All investment and trading activity carries risk. Past or projected performance does not guarantee future results. Only commit capital you can afford to have locked for the plan term you select.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials, User ID and 2-step verification secure. Suspicious, fraudulent or abusive activity may result in suspension and, where required, reporting to authorities.
